Thank you for supporting Quel-Serrar. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any donation.
1. Nature of Donations
All payments made through quel-serrar.com are voluntary donations to support the server's operation and development. In return for your donation, you receive Donation Points (DP) which can be used for in-game items and services.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested within 14 days of the original donation.
- The Donation Points received have not been spent or partially spent.
- There was a technical error resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Donation Points have already been redeemed for in-game items or services.
- The request is made more than 14 days after the donation.
- The account has been banned for violating server rules.
- You simply changed your mind about the donation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:
- Discord: Join our server and open a support ticket.
- Email: Contact the server administration.
Please include the following information:
- Your account username
- Date of donation
- Amount donated
- Payment method used (PayPal, Stripe, PayTide, etc.)
- Reason for refund request
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Any Donation Points associated with the refund will be removed from your account.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
